Returns

For all returns please go to: Seamless Returns. We cannot guarantee returns without a tracking number. We suggest you get a signature confirmation. We are not responsible for any packages lost.

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the time you receive your item(s). Please see exceptions to the rule. For Crochet Items (on sale), Leather Items, Fur Items, Fitness Wear, Packaged Hosiery, Halloween Items, Holiday items, Thongs & G Strings and Sale items please see special instructions under Special Rules and Conditions.

Instructions for Returns

All returned items must be within 14 days from the time you receive your item(s) and in Sellable Condition. Returned items are subject to inspection and will not be accepted if they are worn, soiled, altered, have missing tags, or are missing/damaged original packaging.

No Return Authorization Number is needed when shipping back a return or exchange. Please log in to our Seamless Return Portal. Please include in your return your packing slip or invoice. Returns without an invoice will be delayed.

Damaged Items & Claims

If your order arrives damaged, submit a claim through Seamless Returns within 48hrs of receiving your order. Upload a picture and we will facilitate an exchange or return. We will reimburse for return shipping only at standard mail pricing.

Coupons & Store Credit

You will be issued a store credit in the form of a coupon code, which will be emailed to you. One coupon per order may be used. The entire dollar amount must be used at the time of ordering, or the remaining value will be forfeited.

Cancellations

Musotica.com does not accept cancellations. Once an order has been placed, the credit card used will be charged, and the process cannot be reversed. Orders can be returned for a refund according to our 14 Day Return Policy.

Refused Packages

Refused Packages will not be accepted as a return. Refused orders or those marked with the wrong address will be restocked, and a store credit will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Special Rules and Conditions

Special Rules and Conditions apply for Crochet Items, Sequined Items, Shape Wear, Leather Items, Fur Items, Fitness Wear, Packaged Hosiery, Halloween Costumes, Halloween Accessories, Holiday items, Holiday Accessories, Valentine items, Valentine Accessories, Belly Rings, Body Jewelry, Thongs, G Strings, and Sale items. No returns will be accepted. Only exchanges or store credit will be offered.

  • Shape Wear is non-refundable and can only be exchanged for size, color, or store credit.
  • Leather Items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for size, color, and store credit.
  • Packaged Hosiery will be accepted only if the packaging has not been opened.
  • Halloween Costumes & Accessories cannot be canceled once placed. Refunds will be given only if the items are sold out or damaged.
  • Christmas Costumes can be returned by December 22nd for store credit only.
  • Valentine's Day Items can be returned by February 10th for an exchange or store credit.
  • Stockings, Thongs, G Strings cannot be returned or exchanged if opened.
  • Sale Items are non-refundable and are final sale.
